The feeling of this chutney is described as a slow-burning cedar wood placed upon an open fire- aromatic and warming, but not overwhelmingly hot.
I you love hot & spicey foods then you will surely enjoy the Big Heart Bamboo Hot Chilli Chutney with most meals- Breakfasts; Omelettes, sourdough spread with butter, fried egg accompaniment. Lunch & dinners- enjoy on top of pasta bakes, a curry topper, as a pasta stir through (amazing with pesto) and on all burgers, wraps& sandwhiches. Pairs well with soft cheeses and anything creamy and is a delight to have with fresh, green apple as a midday snack.
Ingredients; Bamboo shoot, caramelised onion, apple cider vinegar, filtered water, sugar, red chilli, green chilli, honey, ginger, turmeric, mustard seeds, cumin seeds & smoked black pepper.
