Our Mission?

To create bamboo delicacies that are not only delicious and a joy to cook with, but also represent heart & hope for a brighter, more sustainable future in agriculture, environment and health.

Bamboo is well-known for its eco-enhancing properties, yet most people aren’t aware that it’s also a highly nourishing and nutritious food source as well.

That’s where we come in!

Our signature range of award-winning gourmet bamboo delicacies are made from freshly harvested gourmet bamboo shoots that are hand picked at first light, from our spray-free farm, nestled in the Noosa Hinterland.

All shoots are blessed upon harvest and made with love in our commercial kitchen.

Our bamboo farming practices require no tilling, no pesticides or heavy machinary. The way nature intended.

We plan on being here for the long haul, to evoke tastebuds worldwide while also sharing our message of hope (and action) for sustainable farming practices and innovation through creativity.

We are grateful to be making our produce and products available to the local and extended community and to be incorporating the ingredients of other local producers who share a passion for clean, sustainable growing practices.
